First shallow fry mawa in 1 tspf clarified butter
In a pan shallow fry till after cooling grind it in mixer but not powdered it.
Now in a pan take 1 tspf clarified butter and fry grated beetroot
Now after cooling beetroot,add 50 gm mawa in it and powdered sugar as per your taste and little cardamom powder..
Now in rest of mawa add white till , cardamom powder,a nd powdered sugar ..
Take heart shape mould and fill beetroot filling..now remove the mould.
Take white mawa till mixture and make outside of beetroot dill..
Set it in fridge for 1 hr
Now serve with love
